Sony targets teens with Mylo

Mylo...My Life On Line.  A simple device that has the best parts of why you use a computer.  It is a device that puts your whole world under your thumbs.

Dirk Lammers, an AP Writer, had some thoughts on  Sony's attempt to grab "the hearts, minds and money of teens and twentysomethings" with their new Mylo.  This new device which is a Web browser, messaging program, wireless phone and digital music player has features found in just about any device out there but the BIG difference is Wi-Fi.

Being able to use any wireless Internet connection will allow "kids" to chat where ever they find a "hot spot".  In the final analysis, you might pay a little more up front but the savings in data charges might well make this the device of choice for those that want to stay connected.
