This was BIG news at the beginning of the month but it sort of died off from the headlines but it is finally over and the results appear to be pretty good.
When the advanced wireless services spectrum auction (aka Auction 66) closed today, nearly $14 billion had been raised after 161 rounds of bidding. After 28 days, all but 35 of the total 1,122 licenses up for grabs received bids.
