New Holiday Lineup for Electronic Arts

Electronic Arts announced today its holiday line up of EA and EA SPORTS branded games for the Xbox 360. EA's most popular franchises will be on show at Microsoft's X06 event in Barcelona, offering hands-on next generation gaming for an audience of international media. EA will showcase consumer favorites including FIFA 07, Need for Speed(TM) Carbon, Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 07, NBA LIVE 07, NHL07, Half Life 2 and SUPERMAN RETURNS: THE VIDEOGAME.

EA's line up harnesses the power of the Xbox 360 technology, combining enhanced game play innovation and authentic animations for a more emotionally-involving gaming experience. Consumers will be able to take full advantage of the capabilities of Xbox Live, whether challenging their opponents in online play or accessing real time integration of sports and news updates while they play their favorite sports games. Marketplace on the Xbox 360 will be the place for consumers around the world to access the newest and freshest digital content from EA, including game demos, product news or video content from their favorite franchises. In October, FIFA fans will be able to download a demo of FIFA 07 prior to the game's worldwide release only through Marketplace on the Xbox 360.

FIFA 07

This year NBA LIVE 07 will partner with the worldwide leader in sports to deliver more ESPN content in-game while you play. NHL(TM) 07

Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 07 breaks new ground by offering more content, advanced features and breakthrough technology. In its latest instalment, Tiger Woods PGA TOUR(R) 07 brings realism and emotion to the golf course like never before, while players see and hear the crowds around them with enhanced playing environments. Tiger Woods PGA TOUR(R) 07 is packed with new content, including 21 new courses and 50 golfers on current gen. Course content doubles on the next gen platforms and the all new UCAP technology makes Tiger more realistic than ever. The PSP version allows players to challenge the world's top golfers at home or on the go. Developed by Electronic Arts Redwood Shores, Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 07 will launch worldwide in October on the Xbox 360. Half-Life 2
