How To Prep Laptops For Airport Security

K.C. Jones from TechWeb had an interesting article on how to prep your laptops for Airport Security. I find it very interesting and somewhat intriguing to see how companies are handling the current crisis and what some are planning for the future. What will be the #1 issue that companies will face? Security of sensitive data?

K. C. said:
Some companies are beginning to rethink laptop security policies in light of the United Kingdom's ban on electronic devices in airplane cabins.

John Livingston, chairperson and CEO of Absolute Software, said in a prepared statement:
Although this greatly impacts international business travelers, this could also foreshadow a broader ban and tighter security restrictions on a global basis.

Read K.C.'s article here and hopefully you will pick up a tip on how you can prep your laptop.
