Boeing To Phase Out Connexion

I remember when Connexion was first announced and I remember thinking it was a great way for the traveler to Experience Mobility. Sadly, Boeing will be phasing out Connexion....it just has not made it into the profit column. The service allowed travelers with mobile phones to make and receive calls as well as have Internet access and limited channels of live TV.

I guess the price was a little steep ($26.95 for entire flight, including connecting flights within 24 hours of signing in or 1 hour $9.95, 2 hours $14.95, 3 hours $17.95) so it looks as if Connexion will fly away.

BUT...it still lives for a while so check it out if you fly on Air China, China Airlines, Japan Airlines, Scandinavian Airlines, All Nippon Airways, El Al Airlines, Korean Air, Singapore Airlines, Asiana Airlines, Etihad Airways, Lufthansa
