Downloads Shaking the Internet

The other day I posted a story Should I download or request a DVD? where I referenced an article by John Clyman from PC magazine and James Kendrick from jkontherun.

Walaika K. Haskins from newsfactor.com posted a little more that you might find interesting to read. In part, this is what Walaika had to say:
Microsoft is limiting access to downloads of the beta version of Windows Vista, fearing that the massive demand for the software will adversely affect the Internet at large.

Clearly, this download has generated HUGE interest....what a great way to generate the BUZZ. I would guess that sales will be just incredible when it is finally released!
