Updated beta version of TextMaker 2006 for Pocket PCs

SoftMaker has just released an updated beta version of TextMaker 2006 for Pocket PCs. It features significant improvements over the previous beta, such as:

- Supports SYM key for composing umlauts and accented characters
- Improved file dialogs
- Close button user-configurable: Close document, exit program, minimize program
- Reduced memory consumption and faster program launch
- Enhanced toolbar icons
- Improvements to the Microsoft Word and OpenDocument filters
- Many additional bug fixes

If you missed the previous announcement of TextMaker 2006 for Pocket PCs, here is a quick rundown of what's new:

NEW: Transfer formatting with the format brush
NEW: Much improved tables

TextMaker 2006 for Pocket PCs supports Unicode which makes it perfect for non-Latin alphabets as well. But we didn't stop there:
You can switch menus and dialogs into 10 different languages:
English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Russian, Hungarian, Chinese and Japanese!
