I am always amazed at how things turn in the mobile arena. I was sadden to hear that Dijji Corp., formerly known as Dwango Wireless, is closing its doors, according to documents filed this week with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
“It is in the best interests of the company, its creditors and stockholders that the company cease operations and commence an orderly liquidation and winding up,” the company said in the 8-K form.
The Dijji site is still up but for how long....
The good news is a company that is local for me and in the same town that I worked in for 35 years just announced that they will purchase privately held, South Korea-based Integrant Technologies Inc for HUGE money...127 million!
Analog Devices is a mixed-signal chip vendor for analog-to-digital converters and amplifiers. The company serves the mobile handset and network sector as well as markets for digital entertainment, automotive and industrial and medical products.
