WebMessenger's Mobile Instant Messenger for Windows Mobile 5.0 is a wireless IM application designed to work on all Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC devices and phones such as the Cingular 8125, Treo 700W, T-Mobile MDA and HP iPAQ. In addition, users are able to send and receive extended presence awareness information (online, busy, away and not available) as well as recognize the device of origin (desktop or mobile).

WebMessenger's enterprise version of Mobile Instant Messenger for Windows 5.0 includes all of the above features and offers added interoperability with IBM Lotus Sametime, Jabber XCP, Microsoft Exchange IM, Microsoft LCS and Reuters Messaging.

On the surface I tend to agree Jerry but it appears as if it offers more functionality and security than the standard IM folks use. The advantages might well outwiegh the cost for those in the Enterprise.
