Your quest is to Experience Mobility but the vendor's quest is to make money. That's a reasonable expectation but if your not able to Experience Mobility then the vendors need to do a better job at what they are selling.
Joe Nocera, a writer for the The New York Times wrote an interesting article entitled "Broken iPods all too common". He starts his article with "My iPod died"...I just had to read what he had to say! Like many of you, I succumbed to the iPod craze and bought an iPod video at Christmas for my son. So far so good...he has been careful but....
