There is no question about it ... the world we live in is changing everyday and that change is fast. There was a time when we would go to the bank to transfer funds ... now you're going to be able to do it using your mobile phone with your PayPal account.
This PayPal Mobile service will be implemented in the US, Canada and the UK very soon with other countries slowly being added after initial implementation.
It appears as if you will be able to send money two ways: Text to 729725 (PAYPAL) or by calling 1-800-4PAYPAL and following the instructions.
Now sending money to family (or friends) is one thing but there is another service called Text to Buy. When you are out and about and you see Text to Buy – on a poster, in a magazine, at an event – you can just order the item securely by text message.
