Nokia - New Wireless and Fuel Cell Technology

Nokia is introducing a new standard for short-range wireless connections between small devices called "Wibree".  Using just a fraction of the power of Wi-Fi or Bluetoth, it will provide links with other devices up to 30 feet.  Nokia believes that it will easily integrate with bluetooth devives such as printers, microphones and headsets.

Nokia alos announced that we will have to wait a little longer for fuel cells to power our devices...but it is coming.  They indicated that "It is not a technology question, it is more like a supply-chain issue at the moment".

They said that it was available and that they have tested it but the real consideration now was how to supply the fuel to consumers....ahh, the power of technology.
