Did You Know That Orbitz Has A Mobile Browser?

Elinor Mills from CNET News.com reported today that Orbitz is launching on Wednesday OrbitzTLC Mobile Access, a free service that will allow travelers to use their mobile phone or other device to see their travel itineraries, check on the status of airline flights and find last-minute hotel rooms.

Of course I had to check it today and it appears to be working. It looked simple and appears to be a neat means of checking flights etc. If you are a traveler, this might be an option to consider. Just enter www.orbitz.com and click on the mobile link...maybe on Wednesday it will direct you there automatically.

I checked it this morning and it works well.
It loads quickly on the Treo 650 with slow data. I disable the graphics anyway but even with graphics - pretty quick.
Hopefully, they will add more locations to the hotel list for us that travel to smaller markets on occasion.
